Video or computer images are increasingly used for medical investigations and treatments.
In addition to the medical equipment, the monitor or flat screen should be able to be employed flexibly and in an ergonomically-conscious manner.
These systems have been developed to enable equipment, including a monitor, to be used in a compact, mobile and safe situation.
Monitor lift arm Application of a lift arm enables the monitor to be moved through a horizontal plane as well as a vertical plane. The monitor can be moved to whatever position is required.
These monitor lift arms, when mounted to a specially prepared trolley, are suitable for monitors up to a maximum of approx. 18 kg, ( i.e. 14" monitor or 20" LCD flat screen).
A special, reinforced trolley with sophisticated balance weights will remain extremely stable and can easily moveable under maximum load.
Monitor swivel arm
During treatment, the monitor can be placed alongside or in front of the trolley by the use of a monitor swivel arm. In most cases an improved working position can be achieved. These monitor swivel arms are suitable for monitors up to a maximum of approx. 35 kg. (i.e. 20" monitor).
Monitor rotating platform
These platforms have be developed for the placement of conventional monitors on the top of a trolley. The rotating platform ensures that the monitor is safe and easy to rotate.
