The DP Medical Systems service and repair department is an audited and registered ISO9001:2015 division within the DP Medical Systems Organisation. Throughout our company’s history we have provided and excelled in our provision of after sales support, which is second to none.
With over fifty years combined experience of service provision we can provide skilled, manufacturer trained engineers to support and resolve installation and service matters in a timely fashion. We are proud of our strong customer relationships with over 1000 customers using our services.
Geographically placed engineers allow us to have nationwide coverage including Southern Ireland. The engineers are controlled by a centrally located help desk within our head office. This is manned by fully trained operators with multiple incoming telephone lines.
We can provide a range of services which include pre-installation inspection and recommendations, installations, pre-arranged and emergency service visits and in house repairs. All equipment is quality inspected and tested in our dedicated pre-delivery area at our head office prior to installation. With the inclusion of a service contract we can provide our customers with preventative maintenance visits, which have proven to extend the life of your equipment and reducing the chance of failure.
