We can provide skilled, manufacturer trained engineers to support and resolve installation and service matters in a timely fashion. We are proud of our strong customer relationships with over 1000 customers using our services.
Geographically placed engineers allow us to have nationwide coverage including the Rep. of Ireland. The engineers are controlled by a centrally located help desk within our head office. This is manned by fully trained operators with multiple incoming telephone lines.
We can provide a range of services which include pre-installation inspection and recommendations, installations, pre-arranged and emergency service visits and in house repairs. All equipment is quality inspected and tested in our dedicated pre-delivery area at our head office prior to installation.
‘Our service contracts are quoted on a bespoke basis offering differing levels of customers to suit their requirements and budget. The contracts are made up of various elements, the main areas are;
Email and telephone support
We have support staff on hand to deal with all service related queries between 830am until 5pm Monday – Friday. We aim to respond to all enquiries in a timely manner, providing frontline support for customers. Our staff are factory trained and have vast product knowledge that enables them to quickly diagnose faults and escalate engineer visits when needed.
PPM visits
With planned preventative maintenance (PPM), rather than waiting for a malfunction to occur, customer repairs and inspections are carried out at set and regular intervals. This means, as well as stopping faults from escalating, our engineers can identify and resolve any issues before they become a problem.
Loan equipment
From time to time we may be unable to repair equipment on site and we understand that any downtime of equipment can drastically affect the ability for our clinicians to function. So therefore we have taken the decision to invest in consignment stock. Our loan equipment is reserved for contract customers and will not be offered to all.
