Customer survey prize presented to Karen!
22 July 2025 It’s been a lovely start to the summer for the latest winner of our customer survey prize draw who has walked away with a Fortnum & Mason luxury hamper!
Karen Malherbe, who is a Senior Speech and Language Therapist at Galway University Hospital (GUH), was chosen at random by the team at DP Medical Systems after filling in the company’s monthly Customer Satisfaction Survey.
Her prize was a Fortnum & Mason hamper, presented in person by DP’s regional sales manager, John O’Sullivan.
Karen said: “We recently purchased Xion Stroboscopy and FEES equipment from DP Medical and have been really impressed with the products and service provided by the team. What a delightful surprise to win the hamper! I am very pleased I entered – it only took a couple of minutes.”
John O’Sullivan said: “It is lovely working with Karen and all in UHG so I was very pleased to visit and present Karen with the hamper. The feedback we receive from our customers via the survey is vital as it helps us to enhance and improve the service we offer.”
