Meet the Team: Charlotte Carbery

Sales Administrator Charlotte is based in our Chessington office. We asked Charlotte about her role and background, and found she is something of a sporting ace:

Tell us a little about your career history:

I began my career as a hairdresser in my early twenties before moving into the fitness and leisure industry, where I worked in health and safety. These roles gave me valuable experience in customer service, organisation, and team coordination, all of which I’ve carried forward into my current position.

What does your role at DP Medical involve?

I support the sales team by generating quotes, processing sales orders, and handling customer queries. I also manage and coordinate hospital courses and events, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

What’s your favourite part of the job?

What I enjoy most is the fantastic team and the positive, supportive culture within the business. It’s a great environment to work in, and I really value the strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.

When you’re not at work, what do you get up to in your spare time?

Outside of work, I love spending quality time with family and friends. I also play for a netball team, which I captain, and it's a great way to stay active and competitive.

And finally, tell us something not everyone knows about you…

As a teenager, I played in the Chelsea FC academy and was also part of the England U17 netball setup. Sport has always played a big part in my life!
